5. Order Processing and Delivery

a. Orders are processed once payment confirmation is received.
b. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
c. In case of delayed or failed deliveries, our customer support team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
d. Title and risk of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

a. Cancellations are only accepted before an order is processed or dispatched.
b. Perishable goods (such as eggs or food items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
