Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Better Eggs, we strive to ensure every order reaches you fresh, safe, and on time. Since we deal primarily in perishable goods, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and fairness for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order is confirmed and sent for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email support@barneggs.in or contact our support team with your Order ID.

Approved cancellations will be confirmed via email or SMS.
2. Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable Products

As our products (including eggs and other food items) are perishable, they are non-returnable once delivered.

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or partially used products

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
After verification, our team will:

Arrange a replacement (subject to availability), or

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Note: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

Order cancelled before dispatch

Order not delivered due to logistical failure

Verified quality or damage issues at delivery time
Refunds are not applicable for:

Customer not available at the time of delivery

Incorrect address or contact details provided

Product disliked due to personal taste or preference
5. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Paytm, M Swipe, UPI, etc.).

Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

Our team will communicate the revised delivery time.

Refunds for delays are processed only if the order remains undelivered beyond 48 hours (where applicable).
